Duke Continues Its Journey For Another Season

Twin-cylinder LC8c, 799 cc, 95 hp, 87 Nm, 188 kg

KTM plans to evolve its range of naked roadsters has already begun to unveil its 2024 novelties, starting with the entry-level models, the 125 Duke and 390 Duke. Before presenting the expected updates on the 890 and 1290, which, according to rumors, should see engine displacement increases, it is indeed the mid-range model that is now revealed: the 790 Duke.

The first model to introduce the inline twin-cylinder LC8c to the market in 2018, the 790 Duke quickly made way for a more powerful 890. However, in response to rising costs and the demand from young riders with restricted licenses, the Austrian manufacturer decided last year to reintroduce its twin in the 790 Duke version.

After making a comeback for the 2023 model year, the 790 Duke will indeed remain in the Austrian lineup for the 2024 model year.

Technically, aesthetically, and technologically, the 790 Duke is returning in the same form, retaining its steel trellis frame, inverted fork, rear WP shock absorber, two front radial brake calipers, four riding modes, full LED lighting, and a 5-inch TFT display.
