The New Husqvarna is confirmed
More complete equipment, WP Xplor fork, reinforced electronic package.
All motorcycle manufacturers have made a habit of presenting two variants of their trails, often with a better equipped and more off-road version.
Another brand of the Pierer group, Husqvarna has also entered the trail segment with the arrival of the Norden 901.
If the rumor of a Norden “R” was becoming more and more insistent, the information is now confirmed from all sides as the presentation is imminent.
The Norden 901 Expedition, as it is called, has been approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) alongside the standard Norden 901 for the year 2023.
At the same time, photos of the trail have surfaced on the web. The pictures were taken last summer at the Pierer Mobility Group’s dealer meeting in North Carolina. The manufacturer presented a prototype of the Expedition.
As expected, this model features a reinforced equipment with soft cases, a high bubble, a central stand, but also heated grips and seat or an integrated GPS in addition to the specific livery. Technically, the trail will be a little more off-road capable with a 48mm WP XPLOR fork instead of the 43mm Apex model and a revised engine block.
Other evolution are also expected, especially in terms of assistance, but we will have to wait for the official presentation of the model to know more. Stay tuned, because the news should be coming soon.
